Creator "Three in One" sets
My very first experiment with a Lego building set was the "Seaside House," a three-in-one kit (#7346). I only built one, to see how it was done, then I tore it down for parts. Therefore no photo is available here. But it was an enjoyable beginner's experience. I learned a lot.
Recently, we spotted a new three-in-one that looked like a good set to have on a "rainy day," when one itches to build something from a kit but you have already completed all the big sets ever produced. Below are variations found in the "Bike Shop and Café" set (#31026).
I started with the Flower Shop. It has turned out to be one of my favorites of all the sets. Then I tore that apart and my husband HBP assembled the Auto Repair Shop variation. A good time was had by all.

Then we disassembled that and put all the parts back in the box for that rainy day when we completely run out of things to do and want to fall back on a "kit" again.
This set promises to be the one exception to our "Display Everything" rule. We plan to keep it in the box and not on display.
As they say about video games: this one seems to have infinite re-playability. Our "review": This one was fun.
